THE WHY MUSEUM - Heatwaive - Two of the members of Essence, Jenni and Leah, wanted to form their own two piece band and Heatwaive was the result. Their CD "Crush" was a mix of songs written by Laurence Williams and Phil Young and also covers of popular songs of the time. Although the intention was to record more with the duo, time restrictions prevented that from happening. This therefore stands as their one completed project. The alternative versions of the CD cover are also displayed here. The CD was to be titled "The Two Of Us" after one of the songs we wrote, but as that song was never recorded by Heatwaive in the end, the name of the CD had to change to another song on the listing, Crush.
